Our team is built around technical discipline, clear thinking, and a commitment to follow-through. We take the time to understand the details, stay involved in our clients’ environments, and approach problems with a steady, practical mindset. That consistency is what keeps systems stable and clients confident in the support they receive.

You will find a group of people here who take their work seriously, communicate clearly, and continue to improve how they operate. That approach shows up in how we manage technology and in how we work with the businesses that rely on us every day.

Adam

Adam helps clients solve tricky IT problems and keep their systems running smoothly, whether it’s troubleshooting hardware, networking, or Microsoft 365 issues. He enjoys the challenge of figuring out complex issues and finding practical solutions fast. Outside of work, he likes building plastic model kits, playing video games, and occasionally hitting the trails for a hike.

Connor

Connor helps people make sense of tricky tech problems and keep things running without a meltdown. When he’s not working, he likes getting outside, tinkering with projects, and generally staying curious. He’s known for keeping a cool head and rolling with it when things get a little strange.

James

James wears many hats and has years of experience in the industry. His specialties include building servers, security camera systems, & door access control. He manages our office and coordinates with our clients. He enjoys all things gaming and building specialty media servers.

Joanna

Joanna uses her organizational skills and attention to detail to keep the back office running smoothly. Joanna is a crafter/maker and a bit of a nerd, so she always has a project in the works or an idea brewing for one. She can often be found jamming to 80’s music and/or enjoying a drink on the patio.

Nick

Nick enjoys all things project related, especially cameras. Nick thrives under pressure and strives to find the best solutions that fit our clients’ needs. Outside of work, he loves movies, tinkering with old equipment, and gathering things for his micro collections.

Rob

Rob loves to build tech solutions that help clients, with a focus on network & web. Outside is his happy place and sharing books & music is a love language. Lousy at actual juggling, at Slingshot that’s his typical day.
